A 10-minute somatic session
You've already done the journaling. The breathing apps. The therapy. The supplements. And still — there it is. The tightness in your chest at 4pm. The shoulders that won't drop. The sense, just under everything, that you're bracing.
The thing nobody told you is this: stress doesn't live where you've been trying to fix it. It doesn't live in your thoughts. It lives in your nervous system — in the involuntary, automatic, intelligent part of you that decided, years ago, that the world wasn't safe enough to relax in, and has been quietly holding that decision ever since.
You can't think your way out of a body that's bracing. You have to show your nervous system, with evidence, that it's allowed to put the weight down.
That's what the next ten minutes are for.
Before you start
Your stress will be measured before and after. Not by an algorithm — by you, from inside your own body. You'll have data, in ten minutes, about what's possible for your nervous system. Most women who do this finish slightly stunned.
Scroll down when you're ready.
🔒 Your data stays private. We never share your information.
What just happened
Maybe the tightness shifted. Maybe your shoulders dropped without you trying. Maybe you noticed your breath go deeper at minute six and you didn't have to remind it to. Maybe you cried a little and weren't sure why.
Or maybe nothing much happened — and that's information too.
If your stress shifted significantly, your nervous system just gave you a piece of evidence it doesn't often hand out: that it knows how to come down. That's not a small thing. Most bodies have forgotten. Yours hasn't.
If you didn't feel much, that's also important. Bodies that have been bracing for years sometimes need more than ten minutes alone with an app — they need the presence of another regulated nervous system to feel safe enough to release. That isn't a failure on your part. It's information about where you actually are. Most of the women I work with start there.
The work I do with private clients goes to what's underneath. Almost every woman I sit with discovers, in the first session, that her stress isn't about her schedule or her partner or her workload. It's about a sentence — usually one short sentence, usually formed before she was eight years old — that her nervous system has been organising around ever since. We find the sentence. We do the work where the sentence lives, which is in the body, not the mind. That's why thinking about it for years didn't shift it.
The first session is complimentary. Not because I'm trying to sell you anything — because I want to make sure we're a good fit for the work, and you want to make sure I'm the right person before you commit to anything beyond an hour.
No payment details. No commitment beyond the 20 minutes.
Or, if you'd like more time —
do the session again, slowly
I designed this session based on the same protocol I use with private clients. Many of the women I work with started here — curious, slightly skeptical, half-expecting it not to work. It works on most bodies. The question isn't whether yours can shift. It's whether you'll give it the conditions to.
